With longtime burger vendor Softies graduating to open a brick and mortar location near USC, Smorgasburg is bringing back the Smorgasburger Stand for the first time since 2019. Each week will feature a different burger chef ,kicking off with Kato’s Jon Yao, @katorestaurant, on June 8, followed by Holy Basil on 6/15, and more pop ups to be announced soon.
